Desk Posture (click to watch video)

Proper desk posture is hard to maintain. Correct alignment includes a monitor at eye level. If it is not at eye level, use a book to elevate the monitor. This facilitates correct neck alignment and avoids rounding shoulders. This will help to prevent neck pain.
