Desk Stretches (click to watch video)

Here are some easy stretches to do while at work or at home while sitting at your desk. These stretches include: a thoracic stretch or stretch for your mid back, a hamstring stretch (stretch for the back of your thighs) which often get tight with prolonged sitting and a piriformis stretch (for your gluteal/buttock) muscles.
